Welcome to Shield & Spear Supreme Black Car Service. By making a reservation, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Bookings

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  2. A valid Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address must be provided for all reservations.

  3. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking details (vehicle type, pickup/drop-off location, dates, times, passenger count, luggage quantity, etc.) are accurate at the time of submission.

  4. Special requests (including armed security arrangements, preferred amenities, or route changes) must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payments

  1. Pricing is based on vehicle type, travel distance, duration, passenger count, luggage quantity, and any special requests.

  2. Additional fees may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or last-minute changes.

  3. Payment terms (deposit requirements, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods) will be specified at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund (minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred).

  2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may result in full charges being applied.

  3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Service Standards

  1. We commit to providing professional, punctual, and discreet service.

  2. All chauffeurs are ACT-235 certified and trained in defensive driving and security protocols.

  3. Vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.

5. Client Responsibilities

  1. Clients must comply with all safety instructions provided by the chauffeur.

  2. Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

  3. The client will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with safety guidelines.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  1. Shield & Spear is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents, or security incidents.

  2. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to adjust the booking or provide an alternative solution.

7. Confidentiality

  1. All client information and journey details will remain confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. We uphold the highest level of discretion, especially for high-profile or security-sensitive clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Shield & Spear shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  2. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
